7 ROLR Reports

7.1 Process

The ROLR Retailer of Last Resort. A scheme principally designed to ensure that in the event of retailer failure, arrangements are in place to ensure customers continue to receive electricity and/or gas supply. report delivery process is changing from email to files delivered as a .zip file to the Participant File Server The publishing point from AEMO systems to participant systems. Each participant is allocated an account and access to private and public areas. Participants are responsible for interfacing with the participant file server. Outbox.

To receive ROLR report notifications, you set Participant Outbox protocol for the CATS Customer Administration and Transfer Solution. A set of procedures, principles and obligations made under the National Electricity Rules as part of Market Settlement and Transfer Solutions (MSATS), and applicable to NMI (National Metering Identifier) small and large classifications. transaction group to API Application Programming Interface; a set of clearly defined methods of communication between various software components. or FTP File transfer protocol. 7.2 C10 ROLR reports

Purpose

The C10 ROLR reports:

  • Identifies NMIs and associated CRs impacted by a ROLR event.

  • Provides data to participants, AER, and ESC about suspended retailers (SR) and the NMIs transitioning to new FRMPs.

The Profile Area A geographical area comprising a group of one or more TNIs where a single NSLP is calculated. If part of an LNSP local area is located within the local area of another LNSP, that part of the local area of the first LNSP is considered to be part of the profile area of the second LNSP. associated with the NMI

An NMI associated with the parent NMI

 

7.2.2 Raised change request

Purpose

A list of pending change requests submitted by the SR that modify a Participant’s role, excluding changes to the FRMP or LR roles

7.2.3 Cancel change request

Purpose

The Cancel Change Request (CR) report lists all CRs with a PEND status when there’s a change to the FRMP or LR from the Suspended Retailer (SR) on or after the RoLR effective date

7.2.4 Accelerated change request

Purpose

The Accelerated Change Request (CR) report lists all CRs with a PEND status when there’s a change the FRMP or LR from the SR after the RoLR effective date.


AEMO updates the change date on these CRs to match the RoLR effective date. Completing each CR transfers the pending retailer on that same date.

7.2.5 NMI list

Purpose

The NMI list report provides a list of affected NMIs

Report query

There are two report types.

ROLR NMI List report by PA Participant Administrator. Super-users who manage and perform system administration tasks for their own organisation’s participant users. with the following queries:

  • ROLR_NMI_PA_SR_FRMP_CURRENT_ROLES - Lists affected NMIs for the current assigned roles where the SR is the active FRMP

  • ROLR_NMI_PA_SR_LR_NEW_LR – Lists affected NMIs for the new FRMP via the LNSP configuration where the Suspended Retailer is the active FRMP

  • ROLR_NMI_PA_SR_FRMP_CURRENT_ROLES - List affected NMIs for the current assigned roles where the Suspended Retailer is the active LR

  • ROLR_NMI_PA_SR_FRMP_NEW_FRMP - Lists affected NMIs for the new LR via the LNSP configuration where the Suspended Retailer is the active LR
